Short version: NOTÄNOTEBOOK collects no personal data at all. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your notes are created and stored on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Who we are
NOTÄNOTEBOOK ("the app") is a notes app that designs your writing for you — you type plain text and the note styles itself (titles, headings, checklists, sticker cards, quotes and colour), with hand-drawn shapes, eight look “moods” and image export. It is published by DEESTECH HOLDINGS LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information — the short answer is that it does not collect any.
Information we collect
None. NOTÄNOTEBOOK does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no email capture, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and it does not require network access to work.
Your notes stay on your device
Everything you write and design in NOTÄNOTEBOOK is saved locally on your device using the operating system's own storage. We cannot see your notes, and they never leave your device unless you choose to export or share a note as an image.
Exporting & sharing
When you export a note as an image and share it, that image is handled by your device's own share sheet and whatever app or service you choose to send it to. That action is entirely under your control.
Data we share
We share nothing, because we collect nothing. There are no third parties, no data brokers and no advertising networks involved.
Children
NOTÄNOTEBOOK does not collect data from anyone, including children. It contains no ads and no external links a user could be tracked through.
Security
Because your notes never leave your device, there is nothing in transit to intercept. Your notes are protected by your device's own security.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
